I used to carry phone books in my truck for the areas we worked in. Now with google maps I can find phone numbers for business, etc. right from my iphone.

I am expecting that 2011 will be the last year of the printed yellowpages directory and it would not shock me to see the white pages disappear at the same time. The white pages do not even have a revenue to support them like the yellows do.

Thanks all! It was funny-- I had just started writing a blog about phone books not getting any use and then I walked around my real estate office and saw this! At home though, they go right into recycling :)
